Thrilling Action at Coláiste an Chreagáin Primary Schools Soccer Tournament

The annual Coláiste an Chreagáin Primary Soccer Tournament proved to be a tremendous success, delivering a fun-filled day of excitement, and outstanding soccer talent. The tournament was coordinated by the Transition Year Students of Coláiste an Chreagáin, with skill and teamwork on display throughout the day. Spectators were treated to a series of highly competitive matches, with every team showcasing impressive soccer ability, great enthusiasm, and excellent sporting behaviour. The standard of football on show highlighted the growing strength of the game at primary school level and reflected the hard work and dedication of players, coaches, teachers, and supporters alike.

Congratulations to all the participating teams for making the event such an enjoyable and memorable occasion. Special congratulations go to the winners of the Mixed Competition, Windfield National School which was kindly sponsored by Councillor Michael Connolly. Congratulations also to Newtown National School, winners of the Girls’ Shield, following superb performances throughout the tournament.
